As a Gateway for the Kickstart Scheme, we connected young people at risk of unemployment after the Covid-19 pandemic with small businesses offering funded job opportunities. Our end-to-end project management recruited employers to the scheme, supported job starts, undertook grant administration and provided employability support to over a thousand young people.

Sutton Croft undertakes end-to-end project management for the Holiday Activities & Food Programme (HAF) in Worcestershire to deliver free holiday clubs and healthy food to disadvantaged young people in school holidays. Our team works with providers to ensure high standards, supports families to maximise uptake and provides full grant administration, quality assurance and reporting. Over 11,000 young people in Worcestershire currently benefit from this service each year.

Our team has been appointed as the grant management provider for Liverpool’s Holiday Activities & Food Programme. We administer the city’s HAF funding for providers and undertake contract management and financial reporting roles to support the successful delivery of HAF in Liverpool.

We delivered a two year project for the children’s services department focused on service improvement and modernisation

Through a sister company, our Director delivered a three year project providing leadership development training to thousands of school governors and trustees of multi-academy trusts, enhancing the quality of school governance in England.
